Community Participation

All of the capacity-building supports in your NDIS plan are intended to help increase your capacity and skills for independent living. Like every capacity-building support category, the funds you receive for ‘Increased Social and Community Participation’ must help you build your skills, not just access activities.

If you are keen to try something new, stay active, and be more independent, our community support services could be what you are looking for.

Our service has something to suit everyone - no matter what you are interested in. This service is a great way to learn new skills, meet new people, feel more connected to your community, and have fun at the same time.

Care Glow Services can provide you with assistance for everyday activities. Our supportive staff can:

Community Garden
  • Help you attend appointments

  • Assist you to attend community programs

  • Help support you to access leisure activities

  • Assistance to attend individual programs likes sports, swimming

  • Assist you with shopping/banking etc.

  • Take part in your community, enjoy activities and experience new things either on your own, in a small group, or at a centre or hub.

Your Care Glow service will partner with you to create a plan of supports to meet your needs, help you maintain your personal and social wellbeing, and keep you in control of what you want and need.
